Functional Fitness is the ability to physically do what you want to do, easily, without unnecessary strain and/or pain to your body.  Since everyone has their own individual health and fitness needs, I offer indivdual one-on-one instruction, as well as group classes, to help you achieve the level of functional fitness you desire.
 
One-on-one instruction is available to help you attain your fitness goals, whether to improve your ability to move about your home, or to help you get in shape for your next challenge.
 
I can design home programs so that you can work with what you have available to achieve the goals you desire.  Even if you have no home gym equipment at all, you'd be surprised how many common household items can be used to help you maintain or even improve your functional fitness level.
 
For those who have home gyms or a health club membership, I can work with you and your equipment to ensure that you are getting the most out of your equipment and your time.
 
I offer group classes thoughout the year that focus on health maintenance including improving muscle tone, improving balance, increasing awareness of breath, and decreasing stress.   The intended result is to enhance your health and prevent injuries.  Class information will be posted on this webpage as they are scheduled, so do check back.
